Ten technical requirements for skid-mounted gas stations establish their unique position

1. The height of the oil tank outlet pipe from the bottom of the tank should not be less than 0.15m.

2. When a skid-mounted gas station uses a double-walled oil tank, an oil leakage monitoring device should be installed at the bottom between the two layers of the tank wall.

3. The oil tank should be pressure tested. The pressure test of the oil tank should comply with the provisions of Article 12.2.8, Paragraph 1 of the current national standard "Design and Construction Specifications for Automobile Gasoline and Gas Stations" GB50156.

4. Skid-mounted gas stations should be equipped with lightning protection and anti-static facilities, and should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Design and Construction Specifications for Automobile Gasoline and Gas Stations" GB 50156.

5. Skid-mounted gas stations should be equipped with containers for receiving spilled oil during oil unloading.

6. The starting temperature of the automatic fire extinguisher should not be higher than 95 degrees.

7. The oil tank of the skid-mounted gas station should be equipped with a high liquid level alarm, a liquid level gauge, an automatic fire extinguisher, an emergency pressure relief device, an overflow prevention device, and an internal combustion suppression device. The oil tank outlet pipeline should be equipped with a high-temperature automatic oil cut-off protection valve.

8. The oil tank should adopt the upper oil inlet method. If the oil inlet pipe joint is located at the bottom, the high point of the oil inlet pipe should be higher than the highest liquid level of the oil tank. The hose joint should use a quick self-sealing joint.

9. The skid-mounted gas station must have fireproof and explosion-proof properties. The skid-mounted refueling device should be supplied as a whole product by the supplier, and the fireproof and explosion-proof properties of the oil tank and the performance of the automatic fire extinguisher should be tested and certified by relevant national agencies.

10. The oil storage tank of the skid-mounted gas station should be able to withstand the effect of a 1h standard flammable liquid fire at 90% of the load without oil tank leakage, oil tank failure, and obstruction of the pressure relief function.
