1. Start disassembly of the explosion-proof refueling device, install a reinforcement ring on the bottom circle of the tank wall in the tank to be dismantled, weld the lifting lugs, configure the lifting rod in the tank, and then hang the hand winch. After that, the tank wall and the tank bottom plate are removed and cut to separate the tank wall and the tank bottom plate as a whole. In the process, the first circle of the tank wall should be cut off first, and the hand winch should be put down to lower the tank body, and then the next circle of the tank wall should be cut, and the whole tank wall should be cut in sequence until all the tank walls are cut. Finally, the tank top railings and accessories are cut, and the bottom plate is cut in the order of welding.

2. The lifting and hoisting machinery must be operated by trained special operators. Other personnel are strictly prohibited from using it. Various lifting machinery must work within the allowable load range and must not exceed the load standard. During the entire lifting process, the construction personnel must obey the command.

3. First, cut off the connection between the dismantled explosion-proof refueling device and the adjacent oil tanks and the inlet and outlet oil pipelines, so that the dismantled oil tanks and other oil tanks are separated, and then turn off the power supply of all peripheral facilities.

4. Make preparations. We should pay attention to whether fire prevention equipment is prepared in the workplace, mainly to prevent sparks from being generated during dismantling and burning with residual objects in the explosion-proof refueling device. Then pay attention to whether the equipment site is flat and whether there are on-site personnel to supervise, so as to ensure the safety of the construction site.

5. It is the cleaning before the explosion-proof refueling device is dismantled. The equipment required is: explosion-proof fan, foam and ignition point detector. The explosion-proof fan is to ventilate the oil tank, remove the gas that may cause explosion, and ensure the safety of dismantling. Then use foam to clean the residue in the oil tank. When cleaning, remove the valve and open the hole cover for dismantling. During the dismantling process, it is best to use an ignition point detector to detect the oil and gas concentration to see whether the concentration in the oil tank reaches the concentration that can be constructed to ensure the safety of dismantling.
