Follow seven safety checks to make the explosion-proof refueling device safe and worry-free

1. Fireproof breathable cap

Installed on the top of the oil tank breathing tube, the explosion-proof refueling device exhausts when unloading oil and inhales when refueling.

2. The oil tank should be a steel oil tank, and a support frame should be welded inside the tank; the capacity is generally 15-50m3; the buried tank should be anti-corrosive.

3. Daily gas station equipment inspection

a. Whether the oil tank grounding is reliable;

b. Whether the breathing tube is normal,

c. Whether there is a rubber pad on the oil unloading quick connector, and whether it is covered at ordinary times;

d. Whether the oil measuring hole is closed, whether there is a rubber pad

e. Whether there is any abnormal sound when refueling and unloading the breathing tube

f. Whether the explosion-proof refueling device unloading oil grounding and the refueling gun hose grounding are reliable.

4. Access hole

The entrance and exit of maintenance, calibration, tank cleaning and other operations cannot be buried and bolted.

5. Fuel dispenser

a. Inspection of shift handover and on-duty operation - Common inspection methods: Listen to see if the sound of the fuel dispenser is normal; see if there is leakage or deformation at the connection of the fuel dispenser shell and various parts of the whole machine, and whether the display is normal; smell to see if there is any peculiar smell.

b. Daily maintenance - When the fuel dispenser is free from shift handover and refueling, the fuel dispenser shell can be wiped to keep it free of dust and dirt; frequently open the fuel dispenser door to clean the dirt inside the machine; oil the pump bearings, transmission parts, and counter bearings; check if the belts and hot wires are loose.

7. Process pipelines and accessories

a. Suction pipe: The explosion-proof refueling device is equipped with a bottom valve, 15cm away from the bottom of the tank.

b. Oil discharge pipe: 0.2m away from the bottom of the tank, the port is opened obliquely; the oil discharge end is connected to the tank truck hose with a sealed quick connector.

c. Oil measuring hole: used for measuring, should be opened at the center line of the manhole;

d. Ventilation pipe: a flame arrester should be installed at the pipe mouth of the explosion-proof refueling device, the pipe diameter should be no less than 50cm, the height from the ground should be no less than 4m, the distance from the wall should be no less than 3m, and the distance from the doors and windows of the building should be no less than 1m.
