When tightening the binding rope, both sides must be tightened at the same time to prevent partial bearing capacity from damaging the storage tank. Slowly open the oil stop valve and listen to whether the leakage sound is normal. After everything is normal, fully open the oil stop valve, and the storage tank enters normal leakage operation.

The embedded parts of the storage tank equipped with barrier explosion-proof materials must use high-quality river sand. Large particles of stones and hard dirt cannot be used. Sea sand and acid-base large compounds cannot be used for filling. Every 300mm of river sand must be irrigated once to ensure that there are no gaps in the river sand. During the entire leakage process, all flanges, hand holes, stop valves, etc. connected to the tank should be checked at any time for leakage and any abnormal conditions.

During the leakage process, the liquid level meter of the tank equipped with explosion-proof materials should be observed at any time. The leakage height should not exceed the safety height of the tank. In the case of emergency, consider reaching the upper limit height, but it must be monitored by a professional, and pay attention to the oil level not exceeding the assembly position of the foam generator.
