Eight procedures for oil unloading operation at skid-mounted gas stations

In the daily work of Container Fuel Station, oil unloading operation is the most stringent matter, which is closely related to its safety level. When unloading oil, the risk is also very high due to the large amount of oil. Other operations are strictly prohibited during the oil unloading operation. In this project, we will explain a specific item of oil unloading from the process aspect.

1. The unloader should wear anti-static work clothes and shoes when on duty;

2. After the tanker enters the station, the unloader should check whether the safety facilities of the tanker are complete and effective. After the inspection is qualified, guide the tanker to the unloading site and connect the static grounding;

3. After the tanker is turned off and left to stand for 3 minutes, the unloader connects the unloading pipe according to the process flow, tightly connects the joints, and keeps the unloading pipe naturally bent;

4. The metering personnel should check the metering hole of the oil tank. After confirming that the metering hole is well sealed, the tanker driver slowly opens the unloading valve to unload the oil;

5. After unloading, the tanker driver should close the unloading valve;

6. The unloader disassembles the connecting pipeline, covers the unloading cap tightly, and arranges the static wire;

7. The unloader guides the tanker to start and leave the station, and cleans up the unloading site;

8. During the unloading process, the unloader and the tanker driver should not stay away from the site, and unloading operations should not be carried out on thunderstorm days.
