Quality inspections must be carried out when products leave the factory, but many products only need to conduct necessary inspections on the overall performance of the products. However, the factory inspection of skid-mounted gas stations is not that simple. The individual inspections of the main components are clearly marked in the inspection items, especially the inspection of the double-layer oil tank, the main component of the skid-mounted gas station, is the top priority. 1. First, use the magnetic flux leakage scanning technique to detect whether the bottom of the double-layer buried oil tank is corroded. Generally, if the sensor of the magnetic flux leakage scanning does not change, then the bottom of the tank is qualified.

2. Use ultrasonic method to inspect the double-layer buried oil tank to test whether the wall thickness of the oil tank body meets the standard.

3. Use kerosene to check the weld of the oil tank, because kerosene has strong penetration. If there are no mottled marks after applying kerosene, it means that the weld connection is very strong.

4. Perform a water filling test on the double-layer underground oil tank to ensure that there are no problems with the sealing of the tank wall and the bonding of the wall plate and weld.

5. Finally, it is necessary to measure the pressure at the bottom of the tank and calculate the weight of the medium in the tank. If the weight continues to decrease, it means that there is a leak.
