Product design and drawing confirmation

We provide design drawing for each order to customer for confirmation before producing. It clearly marks dimensions, flange opening, location of dispenser and pump, pipelines and other necessary information.

Fuel storage tank fabrication.

We first use a heavy-duty bending machine to bend the steel plate and then perform tank pre-processing, then weld the tank and clean and polish the tank.Every step of welding is done with precision.

Filling opening treatment

Tank inlet, outlet, vent and drain port opening and welding of flanges and pipes.

First time leakage test.

We make the first leakage air pressure test for every tank after fabrication of tanks and before welding with container frames.

Frame welding

This step is the manufacturing of the container frame and the welding of the tank with the frame, which mainly includes the manufacturing and welding of the mobile gas station and the welding of the tank and the frame.

Installation of parts and accessories

This step is mainly to install and debug various components of the skid-mounted gas station. The main components include installation pumps, distributors, unloading pumps, breathing valves, refuelers, etc.

Second air pressure leak test

After completing the installation of external equipment, we will conduct a pressure leakage test on the equipment. After completing the test, we will proceed to the next step of cleaning and painting.

Equipment cleaning work

After the second pressure measurement reaches the standard, we will clean the entire equipment, which mainly includes tank cleaning, rust removal, oil removal, and painting.
